1. About these terms

This website is operated by One Degree AI, based in Singapore. By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

2. The website is information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about our services. It is not IT or cybersecurity advice for your specific situation, and it is not legal or regulatory advice — including anything we say about the PDPA, CSA schemes, government grant schemes or AI governance frameworks.

Regulations change. Always check the current position with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser before making a decision. Advice tailored to your business only arises under a signed engagement.

3. Pricing shown here is indicative

Prices on this site are starting points to give you a realistic sense of cost. They are not offers capable of acceptance. Your actual price depends on your setup and will be confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins. Per-user prices assume a minimum of three users. Prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Engagement terms

Managed IT services are provided under a separate written services agreement covering scope, fees, response targets, confidentiality, liability and termination. Security testing is additionally governed by a rules-of-engagement document. Where those terms conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement governs.

We do not begin any testing without written authorisation from someone empowered to give it for the systems in scope.

5. What we don't promise

Security testing is a point-in-time assessment of an agreed scope, performed with reasonable professional skill and care. It cannot and does not guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities, and it does not guarantee that you will not suffer a security incident.

New vulnerabilities appear, systems change after we test them, and no assessment is exhaustive. Anyone in this industry who promises otherwise is misleading you. Our reports state clearly what was tested, what was not, and when.

Similarly, managed IT support reduces the likelihood and impact of problems; it does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Response targets, and any service levels we commit to, are set out in your services agreement rather than on this page.

6. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system
• Submit anyone else's personal data through our forms without their consent
• Copy or reproduce our content for commercial use without written permission
• Send us confidential material — credentials, customer data, unredacted reports — through the contact form

Genuine, good-faith security research on this website is welcome. Please follow the process in our security.txt rather than testing destructively.

7. Intellectual property

Content, branding and design on this site belong to One Degree AI or are used with permission. Third-party names — OWASP, CSA, PDPC, MAS, IMDA and others — are referenced descriptively to identify the standards and bodies we work with. Doing so does not imply endorsement, affiliation or accreditation by them.

8. Third-party links

We link to external resources where they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Availability

We aim to keep this site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability in respect of services we deliver is governed by your engagement agreement, not by this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
