What we doEverything a small business needs from IT, from one local team
Six services. Take all of them and we become the IT department you were never big enough to hire. Take one and we'll work alongside whoever you've already got.
Managed IT support
Your outsourced IT department, priced per person per month. When a laptop dies on a Monday morning, somebody who knows your setup picks up.
Most small businesses in Singapore run IT one of two ways: nobody owns it and things quietly rot, or one person who was good with computers got landed with it on top of their actual job. Neither survives the company growing.
What's included
- Helpdesk your staff can actually reach — by email, plus direct phone and messaging details issued to your team at onboarding
- Device management — laptops and desktops enrolled, configured, encrypted and kept current
- Patching on a schedule, with compliance reported to you monthly rather than assumed
- Onboarding and offboarding — new starters ready on day one; leavers revoked the same day
- Asset inventory — what you own, who has it, when it's due for replacement
- Vendor wrangling — we deal with your ISP, your software suppliers and your landlord's IT contractor so you don't have to
- Monthly report in plain English, and a quarterly review with a written roadmap
Security is not a separate line. MFA, disk encryption, endpoint protection and least-privilege accounts ship with every managed plan as standard.

Cloud & Microsoft 365
Set up properly the first time, administered continuously, and right-sized so you stop paying for licences nobody uses.
Almost every small business we meet is already on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Almost none of them have it configured beyond the defaults — which means sharing links that never expire, files scattered across personal drives, and four licences still billing for people who left last year.
What's included
- Migration from on-premise servers, a competitor platform, or a shoebox of personal accounts — planned so nobody loses a working day
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration as an ongoing service, not a one-off setup
- SharePoint and Teams structure that people can actually navigate, with sensible sharing rules
- Licence right-sizing — we routinely find businesses paying for tiers and seats they don't need
- Email deliverability — SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your invoices stop landing in spam and nobody can spoof your domain
- Azure and AWS setup and cost review if you run servers or applications in the cloud
- Shared mailboxes, distribution lists and mobile access that work the way your team does
At a glance
- Typical project
- 1–3 weeks for a migration, depending on data volume
- Downtime
- Planned for evenings or weekends. Mail keeps flowing throughout
- You receive
- A documented environment, admin handover, and a licence review that often reduces your monthly bill
- From
- S$1,500 per project, or included in a managed plan
Cybersecurity
The part we came from. Penetration testing, PDPA and Cyber Essentials readiness, phishing training, and someone to call when it goes wrong.
Every managed plan includes a hardened baseline as standard. This is the deeper work you buy when a client starts asking security questions, when you're chasing a certification, or when you want to know what an attacker would actually find.
- Penetration testing for web applications, networks and mobile apps
- PDPA gap assessment and Data Protection Officer support
- CSA Cyber Essentials readiness and evidence pack
- Phishing simulation and staff training, using Singapore-specific lures
- Incident response — containment, investigation, and the PDPC notification decision
- Security questionnaires answered on your behalf when enterprise clients send them
At a glance
- Baseline
- Included in every managed plan at no extra cost
- Project work
- Scoped and fixed-price. Penetration testing from S$3,800; Cyber Essentials readiness from S$4,500
- Retest
- Included free after you fix the findings
- Emergencies
- Out-of-hours cover for managed clients by arrangement; others when we have capacity
AI & automation
Automate the admin that's eating your team's week — and have it built by people who also know how these systems get attacked.
Small businesses feel AI's value faster than large ones, because there's nobody spare to absorb repetitive work. A bot that answers the same twelve customer questions, or a workflow that turns a supplier PDF into a Xero entry, gives you back real hours.
- Customer-facing chatbots that answer from your real documents, not invention
- Internal copilots so staff stop interrupting you for the same answers
- Document and invoice processing — no more retyping PDFs
- Quotation and report drafting from your own templates
- Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, configured with sensible data boundaries
- Security assessment of AI systems — yours, or one another vendor built you
- A staff AI usage policy covering what may and may not be pasted into a public chatbot
At a glance
- Typical build
- 2–6 weeks from scoping to live
- We start with
- A half-day session finding the tasks worth automating. Some turn out not to be — we'll say so
- You receive
- A working system, documentation, staff training, and a security review of what we built
- From
- S$4,000 per build
Network & infrastructure
WiFi that reaches the corner meeting room, a firewall that's actually configured, and a new office that works on day one instead of week three.
Small business networks tend to grow by accident — a router from the ISP, a switch somebody bought on Lazada, and an access point added each time someone complained. It works until it doesn't, usually during a client call.
What's included
- Office WiFi design and installation — surveyed properly, with separate guest and staff networks
- Firewall deployment and configuration, then kept updated rather than installed and forgotten
- VPN and remote access for hybrid staff and anyone travelling
- Office moves and new fit-outs — cabling, comms rack, ISP coordination, the lot
- Switches, access points and printers specified, procured and installed
- Network documentation, so the next person isn't guessing what that unlabelled cable does
- Monitoring that tells us the line is down before your staff do
At a glance
- Site survey
- Always, before we quote hardware. Guessing coverage wastes your money
- Office moves
- Book us 6–8 weeks out — fibre provisioning in Singapore is the long pole, not the cabling
- Hardware
- Supplied at cost plus a stated margin. You'll see the invoice
- From
- S$1,500 per project, plus hardware
Backup, continuity & compliance
A backup nobody has ever restored is not a backup. It's a folder you're paying for and hoping about.
This is the least interesting service we sell and the one that saves companies. Ransomware, a failed drive, or someone deleting the wrong SharePoint folder are all survivable — but only if the restore works, and the only way to know that is to test it.
What's included
- Managed backup for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, servers and endpoints
- Quarterly restore testing with a written result, not an assumption
- Retention set deliberately — long enough to survive a breach you didn't notice for a month
- Business continuity plan: what happens if the office is unreachable, the ISP is down, or a key system fails
- PDPA documentation — data inventory, retention schedule, and breach response plan
- Audit and client evidence packs — the answers to those security questionnaires enterprise customers send
- Cyber Essentials evidence maintained continuously instead of scrambled together at renewal
Microsoft and Google do not back up your data for you. They keep the service running; retaining and recovering your content is your responsibility. This surprises most small businesses, usually at the worst moment.
At a glance
- Restore testing
- Quarterly, with the result written into your monthly report
- Retention
- Default 30 days; longer where you have a regulatory or contractual reason
- Where
- Singapore data residency available and recommended
- From
- Included in Support + Secure, or quoted separately
